General Enquiries

For enquiries that require an immediate response, please contact Reception directly on 03 6341 9988.  Reception hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time.  For all other enquiries, except absentees, please fill in the Contact Form below.

Absentees
Parents/Guardians of students absent from school need to advise the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ´«Ã½ each day of their absence before 9:00am, by

• phoning 03 6341 9988
• submitting a Student Absentee Form via the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ´«Ã½ App, or
• by email to absent@stpatricks.tas.edu.au. 

If a student needs to depart the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ´«Ã½ before the end of the school day, for example for an appointment, Parents/Guardians should notify the Â鶹¶ÌÊÓƵ´«Ã½ of the intended absence by email to absent@stpatricks.tas.edu.au.

Accounts
The Accounts Office can be contacted on 6341 9988 between 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday during term time.
