Volunteers

We welcome the important role that volunteers play at St Patrick's 鶹Ƶý and encourage members of the 鶹Ƶý Community to be involved with 鶹Ƶý life. Each year there are opportunities to volunteer in classrooms or to join in for excursions. Parent support is vital for our sports teams with volunteers often required to help manage or perhaps coach teams. Members of our 鶹Ƶý Community are also warmly invited to join the Friends of Music, supporting our 鶹Ƶý Bands & Ensemble Programme.

Government legislation requires adherence to formal structures and procedures with regard to anyone volunteering to help students or working on 鶹Ƶý grounds. All volunteers active within the 鶹Ƶý must have a current Working with Vulnerable People Registration Card and are required to sign in each time they visit the 鶹Ƶý. Applications for a Working with Vulnerable People Registration can be accessed below.

Volunteers are also required to complete our 鶹Ƶý induction and read, acknowledge and sign the Catholic Education Tasmania Child Safety Agreement.
